"Great Hotel located in a very prime location for walking to all the sites that we wanted to visit. They need to replace their hairdryers … we were told ALL the handles are broken. It would be nice to have slippers and robes like other hotels of the same caliber provide."

"Excellent hotel. Really comfortable, always clean and really helpful staff. We had a double room, which was spacious and had a small kitchenette area which was really useful. Aircon was an absolute saviour in 28 degree heat! Fantastic location too. Only two things which were really minor annoyances were having a double bed, but were given two single duvets, and having the shower head to the side of the bath tap meaning you always knocked your knee! Like I say, incredibly minor, and we had a really nice stay. We will both be back there on our next stay in Krakow."

"I loved this place. Would definitely stay again. Very quiet, despite being in the delightful Jewish Quarter. So many places to eat with outdoor seating, bars with courtyards, etc. Went to a great restaurant Ariel in the Jewish Square (highly recommend the beef soup with honey and cinnamon - yes I read the menu twice, but it was delicious and I had it twice during my time). But the hotel had great rooms, super comfortable beds, extremely helpful reception, mini-bar fridge in the rooms that I emptied in order to use for my own drinks and snacks while there, was no problem. I loved the location, the quiet but contemporary vibe, and it worked great to get in and out of the airport with Bolt. This was my first time in Krakow, and if I go again will def. stay here. Room was also extremely clean."
