Our room was spotless and beautifully presented. We stayed in a studio-style room with a large, comfortable bed, sofa and a TV with access to streaming services such as Netflix and Prime. The kitchen area was extremely well equipped with a Smeg toaster and kettle, fridge, dishwasher, plates, cutlery, pots and pans — everything you could need to cook. There was also a coffee machine, plus black and green tea, and a small bottle of milk in the fridge which was a thoughtful touch. The bathroom was lovely, featuring a rainfall shower with an additional shower head, a large heated towel radiator, great shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, and a lit mirror. There were plenty of hangers and a safe; we had a small issue with this but reception arranged for it to be fixed immediately. We were visiting for my partner’s birthday and were surprised with a card, chocolates and a small bottle of prosecco, which was such a lovely gesture. Breakfast was à la carte and absolutely outstanding — the breakfast bap was genuinely the best breakfast we’ve ever had. The location was excellent, just one stop on the tram from St Stephen’s Cathedral or a short walk. We would 100% recommend this hotel."
