The location was perfect, we were able to walk literally everywhere in the city center and never even needed to use public transportation. It made exploring Krakow so easy and enjoyable. "I was really impressed by this hotel. The location for us was extremely convenient. It was only a fifteen minute walk into the Old Town. The rooms were very comfortable and luxurious and the communal areas were superb. The breakfast was mainly waiter service and the choice of food was delicious. "We arrived late for check-in and were exhausted after flying from California via Denmark to Krakow, so the complementary late check-out of 2 p.m. without charge was really helpful. Our son's wife had stayed there, so we knew the hotel and are glad that we also stayed there instead of the now-too-expensive hotels at the airport."
