This hotel is in the perfect central location to the main square in the old town. Everything you need is within walking distance of this hotel.
The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The room was lovely and big with everything you require (and more) and is cleaned daily. There is a complimentary mini bar for the soft drinks and snacks. The bathroom is amazing with a huge shower and heated toilet. The turndown service left a sweet on your pillow which was a nice touch.
What makes this hotel even more special is the staff, from the moment you arrive at receiption you are made to feel welcome and they couldn't do enough for you. Everytime you passed any member of staff they always said hello. I want to give a special mention to Julia who checked us in and out and give an extra special mention to the concierge (man with the glasses, sorry didn't get your name), who went above and beyond making sure we were settled into our room ok and answered any questions we had.
On the day we left he made sure we had a bottle of water for our journey back to the airport.
Both of these members of staff are a credit to your team.
Would definitely stay at this hotel again next time in Krakow.
