Great location and facility. Hotel staff is very helpful. If you’re sensitive, you may mind vibration when trains pass by. I personally don’t care much but I admit I could sense it.

My room had a bathtub and it was helpful to heal my body. It had a window on the ceiling, which was cute. The room was also spacious. When it comes to staff service, a man who served me was friendly. Thank you.

The Sky Hotel couldn’t be more perfectly located. It’s just a five minute walk from the train station, and an 8 to 10 minute walk to the central Square of the old city. All those sites are within easy reach. To top it off there’s a large mall four minutes across the plaza from the hotel. The room to modern and everything more perfectly convenient amenities. The only issue is that you have to cross a small pedestrian bridge to get there from the train station. So there are some steps up and down from the bridge. However, we notice that on the far right of the bridge, you can actually pull your luggage up a ramp, which makes it quite a bit easier. We enjoyed our stay there and would definitely come back if we come back to Krakow.

This is my usual transit hotel when working in Poland. The staff are friendly, it is near the railway station and one of the Christmas Markets, they do a good breakfast, and the price is good.

Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. Rooms are a good size and spotless. Location is great. Easy access to the train station and not too far to walk to the main square. Breakfast is ok. Reasonable selection and always got enough to keep us going. Reception staff stand up whenever you enter reception - felt bad for them doing this every time. 😊

Convenient location and very quiet even if next to the mall and train station. Staff were helpful when we didnt know how to operate the shower.
Theres a pedestrian bridge from the mall plaza as the road is sunken, so its quiet.

Perfect location - close to old town and main rail station. Tucked away so no traffic noise, although close to railway lines and trains start early. You won’t really hear them though, provided you close the window (hotel is air conditioned). Room equipped with tea and coffee making facilities as will as a fridge. Very clean, plenty of breakfast choice and bar open until 11pm. Highly recommend if you’re using trains in Poland.
Front of hotel.
