This hotel was great. I had a wonderful time. The staff was very nice and respectful. They had great service awareness. They were two ladies at the concierge (front desk) that worked in the morning of April 5 2026, they were wonderful and professional. The bartender at night, a gentleman I think his name Oscar or Albert. He’s amazing he worked that weekend from April 3-5.

Receptionist staff was very helpful and very polite and friendly. Superb customer service. I just arrived at the hotel after a 18 hour train ride and they were very accommodating and provided me a room when i arrived earlier than the check in time. Wish i had more time that day, but I will book again and will try their restaurant as it has good reviews too. The room was beautiful, very clean and bed was very comfortable. I had a lovely stay. Thank you to the lovely staff at reception. I felt safe to leave my 2 big checked bags with reception in their safe room after check out and roam the beautiful city before coming back to the hotel to collect them to catch my late flight. SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOTEL. Well Done keep it up to PURO Krakow Stare Miasto. ^_^

The hotel was very close to the train station, you could see it as soon as you exited. It was also close enough to old town. We had 2 rooms, a double room and a triple room. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a safe and a mini fridge. The triple room was huge with large windows. We ate at the hotel restaurant HINT and it wasn’t bad but not as great as the restaurants in old town.

Located directly across the street from the central train station, this wonderful hotel is a perfect choice for convenience and ease of train travel.
