Very clean and tidy apartment. Comfortable bed. Nice hot shower. Staff very friendly and helpful in booking taxis etc. Good location, about 15 min walk from Old Town, with amenities very close by. Would definitely stay here again if I’m visiting the city again.

Well located and easy instructions for access to apartment. Room was clean and had good air conditioning. Would’ve liked blackout blinds but bed was comfy and room was Tessa nd modern. Staff were great at communicating as well - although we did not need to communicate much as instructions were very clear.

We really enjoyed our stay at Leo Apartments Old Town. The room was clean and cosy, and was about a 20 minute walk away from the centre so no issues with sightseeing. Izabella was also a great host. She communicated with us before and during our stay, and was always really helpful. She helped us sort out transfers to and from the airport, and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you for contributing to our great experience of Krakow!

Amazing stay

Very spacious comfortable rooms. The air conditioners are in excellent condition and cool the rooms very well. The whole flat was recently remodeled. We absolutely loved it.

I had my stay in May 2026. Staff was super helpful. I had the early arival and instead of 3 pm check in I needed earlier check in. Staff helped me a lot and even offered another room with earlier check in. I was really impressed! Thank you for the kind approach! The appartments were clean and had strong hair drier! There was also the capsule coffemachine. The apartment is easily reachable from outside and not far from railway station. At the same time, trams are not close and no noise from them. The only thing, it was tricky key box, we couldn't open it from the first time as there was different lock. But anyway we asked another inhabitant to show how to open it. All the rest was as described on the pictures and working -functioning. I would definitely come there once again.

Great spot, safe and secure. Keep in mind if booking a single room, the chairs,toilet and shower are quite small. I'm not the tallest person in the world and still struggled at times.

Fantastic apartment. I stayed here with my 15 year old son and we had a lovely time. The cake they made (upon request) was honestly the nicest cake I have ever tasted! The room was cleaned every day & fresh towels provided. I. Couldn’t fault a thing about the apartment. It was a little walk to Main Market Square, but this was a pleasant walk as there was a few things to see along the way.

Leo Apartments had everything I could ever want for a fraction of the price of a hotel. Everything was very clean, modern and tastefully decorated. It terms of proximity, it was a 20 minute walk to Old Town. Easy. The neighbor was fine. Typical. It was safe. I heard no noise from either the street or neighbors. I highly recommend it.

Lovely space just as described and depicted in the photo. Leo and Colleague were especially helpful with getting settled. The location is just a lovely walk to the Old Town and Jewish Quarter (and shopping Gallaria). Nearby the apartment there are lovely cafes and shops for coffee, food, and groceries. I took advantage of the airport transfer service and after a long journey the convenience was worth every penny. I would gladly stay there again.

A really spacious room and bathroom with everything we needed for our city break! Our contact was very helpful and offered help throughout the trip! The location was perfect and only took us 15mins to walk to the main square and there were lovely little cafes nearby too! Would definitely recommend staying here!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Leo Apartments. The location is perfect — close to everything yet still quiet and comfortable. The apartment itself was very clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the staff was helpful and responsive whenever needed. Everything was exactly as described, which I really appreciated. It felt safe, well-organized, and perfect for both short and longer stays. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kraków.
