We had a wonderful stay - the location was perfect (a quiet street in the Old Town), staff members were friendly and helpful, and the apartment was spotlessly clean. We are planning to return next year.

Located between Krakow Old Town and Jewish Quarter, this was perfect walking distance to everywhere. Suite was massive, Spotlessly clean with mini fridge in the room too. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends It was perfect. Breakfast each morning from 7am was also magnificent and set us all up for the day ahead. FIVE STARS *****

Amazing hotel, friendly stuff, excellent location literally just opposite the Krakow main train station so arrive from the airport make easy. My double queen room was very big in the top floor

Was in the middle of the old town and the centre being a 15 minute walk it really was not that bad located, the property it self is absolutely stunning!

Although we arrived too early for our rooms to be ready, we were checked efficiently and were allowed to store our luggage. From this moment onwards, all hotel staff were courteous, helpful and professional. Great location in the heart of the old town close to the square but on a quiet street. Lovely hotel with fantastic jazz style cocktail bar in the basement with live music.

The room was amazing, individually decorated a d had the wow factor. The staff were great, friendly and in particular Jakob, who sorted my airport transfers and tours to Auschwitz and salt mine before i had rven arrived

Our hotel room had two very comfortable single beds and everything that we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The bathroom was sparkling clean and there was even an iron and ironing board in the wardrobe and a shoe cleaning kit. The staff were very polite and efficient and the lounge/bar area was welcoming with sweets and biscuits on the counter. Perfectly located, especially with the tram line outside the hotel for those preferring not to walk so far. The two restaurants don’t let it down, and the Polish Michelin Guide Stradom 12 is worth a visit. Hedwigs bar shouldn’t be missed either - fantastic drinks and great service. The hotel is just lovely! It's a little more retro than others we've stayed in - the keys are actual keys with heavy brass keyrings for example - but this was a real feature, things weren't overly modern but everything was just right. The rooms were spacious, the bathroom was great and tea, coffee and water were replenished daily. This hotel is just a gem of a find. It is a beautiful place which is close for just about everything. The rooms are superb/clean and the staff were so friendly and very helpful. We have stayed at other hotels in krakow but this one is the best. Try it you won't be disappointed
