The place was beautifully decorated and located in the center of old town. A little difficult to find at first because there were no clear signage. The staff at the hotel were incredibly nice and helpful. We plan to come back again and stay in the same place. The restaurant in the hotel had really good food. Get the mixed dumplings but warning it is a lot can share between 2-3 people.

One of the best places we’ve stayed in Krakow. We even ended up extending our stay here! The staff was so helpful. The room was VERY cleans and comfortable. 11/10 recommend!!

Appears to be recently remodeled facility in very good condition. Terrific location. Staff friendly but inexperienced. While very nice, it did not seem to be a 5 star level of luxury and amenity. Still very nice.

Fantastic location. All tourist attractions, main square, churches, park within a short walking distance. Beautiful hotel and rooms. Designer touches. Architecturally pleasing . Super clean. well trained staff. attentive and helpful. Delicious breakfast. We had amazing time and will be recommending Unicus Palace to our friends and family visiting Krakow! Real gem!

Fantastic Stay in Krakow’s Old Town! ⭐ 4.5/5 Our stay at the Hotel in Palace Old Town Krakow was wonderful. The hotel features an excellent location right in the heart of Old Town Krakow, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The property itself is well maintained, clean, and perfectly operated. The highlight of our trip was the outstanding reception team, who were incredibly friendly and supportive. We especially want to thank Ms. Alexandra at the front desk. Her exceptional kindness, diligence, and fascinating historical insights about the city helped us make the most of our short holiday.
