I have never had a more pleasant experience here. The staff at this establishment is incredible and genuinely take pride in their hospitality of their guests. I highly recommend the restaurant here as well. We had exceptional food and the knowledge from the staff educating us on our choices was perfect. We loved the room as it was always very clean and the staff that cleaned our room took care of every detail. The breakfast was also exceptional and I have to say that the staff here was wonderful and just so friendly to us. I have nothing bad to say and happily recommend this hotel!!!!

This is our third stay at Hotel Copernicus spanning 20 years, and it was another exceptional experience. The team made my husband’s 60th birthday unforgettable with sparkling wine, a handwritten note, and a superb seven-course tasting menu. The chef’s food was truly outstanding — we have eaten in several Michelin-starred restaurants, and he is certainly worthy of one. Kasper and Sylvester were exceptional hosts, and the chef’s surprise birthday cake was a lovely finishing touch. Elegant, warm, and consistently excellent — Copernicus never disappoints.
