One night stay.
Clean room. Good location. Close to old town. Shower and sink in room was good. Staff was very helpful as I left my luggage on the premises before and after checking in. Laundry/washer availability was great. Breakfast provided was very generous. Maybe add more outlets closer to beds so guests can charge their electronics.

Liked the convenient location for the Old Town, and the fact that friendly staff were on site 24 hours a day. Even though it was so close to the centre, there was very little noise. Continental breakfast, included in the price, had plenty of choice, including very nice soft cheese. The only tiny drawback was that breakfast was served on the third floor and there were no lifts. This would not suit people with certain mobility issues.

Stayed there 2 nights in a private room. Great location with great deal. Room was clean and very quiet at first night. I really like it, but the 2nd night was just terrible!!! The people from next door was so loudly singing and dancing after midnight but no one from the hotel didn’t do anything. I called the hotel but no one answered. They finally calmed down but they or other group started making noise at 3am... the wall is very thin so could hear all of them just disgusting

Great for staying on budget
Staff was extremely courteous. Spoke good english, and made sure to go the extra distance when interacting with me. Beds were a little stiff, but it's not something worth dinging them over given how little was charged for my stay. The complimentary breakfast was also very, very good.

Good place !
It is really convenience place to go to many attractions ,shops , restaurants and main train station , it is walking distance . it was great , comfortable and clean. There is bathroom ensuit , very good!! There is living area too. Housekeeper clean the rooms every day. Breakfast was basic but good , I quite enjoyed it. I could leave my luggage after checked out in storage room. The price is good value for money and good for budget trip too.I really recommend it !

Good Location
Excellent location, friendly staff and clean. The only thing, noisy teenagers running and shouting all around the hostel whole nigh and no one from the hostel do anything to keep the place quiet and calm.

Perfect location. Not so good Wifi
This hostel is in a perfect location within the vicinity of Krakow old town. Very easily reachable from the train station. The main square is also literally just 5 minutes away. There is a cheap Chinese restaurant nearby that serves really good quality food. However the Wi-Fi is really poor despite our room located in the ground floor near the reception area. Breakfast is served at the top floor so it can be quite a hike up the stairs if you're staying in ground floor!

Heart of old city
OK hostel. Very basic but clean. Short walk to train station and bus station. In heart of old city. Wawel castle is 10 minutes walk away. This hostel would be good for school groups.

Glad we only stayed one night
Things were broken and chipped, the beds were not comfortable, that staff was hit or miss with their professionalism.there was no parking whatsoever in the immediate area. We had to unload and park 3/4 or a mile away and pay an extra 95 PLN (25 USD) for overnight.

Overall, the hostel is fine, but it was odd that there were only two outlets in the entire room, none of which were close to the beds. Also, they have a washer, but no dryer. Very close to the train station and the market square.

Nice hostel right in Old Town
Great location, great staff. Breakfast was just ok, was better to eat cheaply at a café down the street. Washer was free to use but took 2.5 hours, was on the top floor (stairs only) and there is no dryer. The only complaint was the mattresses are disgustingly old, uncomfortable with springs sticking out, and the unfitted sheet provided does not cover the entire mattress.

This hotel has everything you need as I needed more pillows the staff supplied them and the staff at the hotel will help you with anything you need and gives you better service than the hilton. Only problem is that it needs new mattresses as they are thin but despite that I will return to the hotel

The staff at this hostel were very friendly. They were always ready to help and did so with a smile. I was able to leave my bags before and after check-in/check-out, I could even print my plane ticket for free. My room was nice and quiet but the bed was not comfortable. The mattresses are very soft. The breakfast was very good, but I wish they included some fruit, too. The location is excellent-very close to the market. Definitely highly recommended, despite the beds.

The hostel and staff are lovely. BUT, this is a large hostel which accepts reservations from large school groups ages 5 and up. What this meant for us was no sleep until 1am because 50 kids were running down the halls, slamming doors, and yelling, and no sleep after 6am because of all the same reasons. I had read other reviews about school children being a problem but didn't think it would happen to us. It did, for all three nights we booked. After a little girl walked into our room after my husband (who was just coming out of the shower) and I yelled "no" to the knocking on the door I lost it and asked the manager for my money back and to move hotels. They were very kind and understanding and moved us to another hostel that they work with. But having only 5 hours of sleep a night really ruined my trip to Krakow.

The hotel had allowed a group of students to use the shared common room as a training classroom which effectively made it out of bounds to everyone else. On the odd occasion I did get in there they had used all the consumables provided for all the guests to make coffee etc. They were also noisy when leaving the hotel as a group despite there being a no noise rule at night. This was inconvenient but we never allowed it to spoil our stay, had they not been there I would have rated this place even higher. We spent time in the old town but ignore the local gift shops, everything is over priced. we ate in the same place the locals did (good cafe at the bus station) used the buses not the tour operators and we spent very little money. Its especially important not to use the tours or taxis to get to Auschwitz as you need to spend as much time there as possible and if you go on an organised tour they will rush you around and out again. We were there for nearly 4 hours and it wasn't enough. Get an early local bus from the station and if you don't bother with a guided tour its free to get in for couples and small groups. I could not say I enjoyed it but I'm glad I went - we should never forget. The salt mine at Wieliczka is not for everyone and even if you go on the local bus its relatively expensive to get in but its mightily impressive and I loved it. Take the extra hour in the museum at the end of the tour as some of the best exhibits are down there.

Great location to old town! I stayed in a single room and it had plenty of space. The bed was a little uncomfortable but shower was nice and bathroom access was easy. The walls are very thin and you hear people coming and going easily.

Heat did not reach the top floor. I had to put two duvets on the bed for sleep to be possible. The walls were very thin on this floor, too, so the noise of other guests was inescapable.

This hotel has a very good location in Krakow and is just few min walk away from old Market square. The staff were very nice and they spoke English very well. They were also very helpful and we enjoyed our stay in this place. The hotel does not have a lift, so it is not the best hotel for the elderly people but over all it is a very good accommodation for the value.

old building, creaky wooden floors, have to climb 3 long floors to kitchen and washer. No fans so if you leave windows open, you have to deal with noise from drunk tourists till after midnight.Staff not very knowledgeable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We had an early morning plane to catch and they gave us an enormous pack-up breakfast! The hostel is situated in a lovely quiet street, but very near to the main square and other sights.Plenty of good bars and restaurants within walking distance

Very helpful, friendly staff. We were leaving before breakfast to catch a flight home, and they gave us a substantial pack up -enough for several breakfasts!! The hostel is in a quiet street, near to the centre and close to bars and restaurants. Very good value for money

Brilliant little hostel. Clean and very centrally located. Walking distance to everything and a very close to a supermarket as well. Room was comfortable however they only have twin beds so if you are a couple you need to push the two beds together. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is very basic on the top floor (can be a hike on an empty stomach from the ground floor rooms) with cheese and meats fare and the coffee is AWFUL!! Still, it is enough to get you through until fab eating establishments surrounding the area. Really close to the train station also, so for the trip back to the airport it costs about 2 pounds! Great for a hostel. It is what it is and we loved our stay here. We felt very safe and happy to stay here. Would definitely return.

inside old town and between transport and St Marys
The staff were the best ,very helpfull,spoke good english and were that pleasant it was a pleasure asking there help Without luggage the main railway was less than 10 mins away with the buses and trams only a few mins The main square of old town was only 5 in the other direction,if the weather is fine you can walk to all the main sites Breakfast was a generous spread even though there were things I would not eat but my nationalality isn't the only one they were catering for Heating was a bit of a problem but it was up and running when I left Only problem I had was the bebs were uncomfortable

Good location...10 m. walk from Market Square. The room was not like shown in the pictures. I expected more. The worst hotel beds I've stayed in all my life. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. They even let me use their phone to call the US. Less then regular breakfast. I would look for someplace else if need to go back there.
