Smooth easy check in with great communication from the hosts, I was on the top floor and the lift was in good working order, spacious apartment with everything needed although the hair dryer didn't work, I couldn't access the apps on the TV, and there was no Netflix option so only polish television and there was no information regarding the control panels for the sky lights, but it didn't spoil my experience and I would absolutely stay here again. It's in a great location half way between the main square and the castle, with shops, cafes, restaurants all very easily accessible.

The apartment was beautifully maintained—clean, spacious, and genuinely comfortable. Its location was one of the standout features, sitting just a short walk from the Market Square, Wawel Castle, public transport links, and plenty of shops. The added bonus of air‑conditioning made our stay even more enjoyable during the summer heat. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth and straightforward, and the staff were quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, we had an amazing stay in the 1‑bedroom apartment, and I would happily book again in the future.

We have only downgraded the cleanliness to 3 stars because we did find 2 pairs of underpants on the top shelf inside the wardrobe. If they were not there we would have given 4 stars. The apartment we found did suit our needs perfectly, and it was very central, good value for money and responsive staff via the telephone. Yes we would stay there again.

The offering was what I wanted. Some people want services and they should get a hotel. I booked an apartment because I wanted to be left alone, have a kitchen of my own, and feel that the place was my own. It gave me that. The location can't be beat. 5 minutes to the main square. 10 to the castle. 7 to the bus stop where most outings pick you up. Couldn't be better positioned for pedestrian tourism.

Excellent location between Wawel Castle and Market Square. Clean, safe, convenient. Would definitely stay here again. No wash cloths or extra pillows/blankets.

The apartment was modern and clean and plenty of space for a family of 4. It could do with a bit of a refresh though as the corners of the skirting boards and door frames were scuffed and parts of the wall you could tell had been hit by the dining chairs. There was also what looked like a cigarette burn on the sofa. Unfortunately the bed wasnt comfortable at all but we managed. Also was only given 1 very small pillow each. I would stay here again though and the location is excellent. Noisy outside at weekends but thats to be expected.

The apartment was lovely and spacious, it was clean and comfortable. Only minor gripe was that the metal frames bed in the main bedroom creaked but this would not deter me from staying here again! The location was excellent and gave a great base for our first visit to krakow

Definetly recommend!

It was very clean, they responded very quickly to our questions and were helpfull and kind. The appartment was clean, looked just like the photos. Provided nice with towels and trashbags, and overal we were very content with the appartment. Would easily book it again!

Very nice room. Very clean. Location was excellent. When you come into the street there are shops and restaurants right by you. Market Square 8mins walk. I would differently stay there again.
