The register and check in staff were the best when it came to my overnight visit. It was a grueling flight into HK and all I wanted to do was shower and sleep. We arrived so early that getting a room would not be possible. The staff saw how we were and expedited a room for us.

I have stayed in the metropark many times, but it was the Kowloon not mongkok, but this is just as good, being at Prince edward it was much closer to the mtr and the shops and restaurants and Lady street, everything was walking distance. The cleaning staff in particular was very helpful and friendly, the girl at the checkout when we checked out was very helpful, she got umbrellas to block the rain when we went to the taxi, for the airport. The buffet was also pretty good, the staff there was friendly too.

I really liked the hotel, the cleaning staff made sure to clean our room every day. The only complaint I had was that the wifi is very weak at night when more people are in their rooms. Other than that, I would stay here again.
