We booked the hotel in advance and when we arrived the guy told us our room is cancelled bcuz they’re fully book and if we want room he can give us with a higher price! He left us in the office and he never come back and he blamed everything to Expedia. I never received a cancellation at all and I showed to that guy on the website and apps that there’s no cancellation at all and it said “our room is booked and exited to see you soon” The guy very unprofessional and they are scam because they want more money! What’s the use of booking a room and at the end u don’t have a room to sleep. And this Leisure Hostel cancelled it and want us to book for more money!!!! This is the very worst bad experience I have in my entire life. If you try to stay or book on this place DONT DO IT the place is not safe and you think your life is in danger. The pictures they advertise looks good but it’s the other way around when u see in person. I hope it will not happen to all people who trying to book this place. The place around is unhealthy, dirty, smells very bad, and the people there are scam.
