"I did not use the airport shuttle (I didn't even know about it!). The breakfast buffet is awesome and worth the extra UK$100 each day. You can get everything and eat as much as you want. I never got a chance to check out the Metropark Kowloon Club on the 17th floor, and wish I knew more about that too. Anyway: great room, clean, great staff, convenient location!"

"For the past 19 years, whenever I am in town, I always stay at Eaton Hong Kong? Why? I love the rooms. The rooms are clean, efficient and well maintained. I noticed that every few years, they have had different levels of renovations to keep the rooms fresh. The hotel has a fun and irrelevant vibe. The rooms' designs are modern but still comfortable and homey. Eaton Hong Kong is also eco-friendly. No disposables here. Cups, glasses and spoons are real cups, glasses and spoons. Toiletries are out of large refilled bottles. Filtered water is provided in a large glass dated bottle. I love the location. Just a 5 minutes walk from the Jordan MTR station (your tired feet will thank you for it). This means it is just 1 stop from Tsim Sha Tsui, 2 stops from Admiralty, which connects to the Island Line and 3 stops from the main Central/Hong Kong Stations to connect a host other lines including the Airport Express line. Hong Kong Station is where you can do in-town baggage drop off for many airlines. Eating and shopping in Mong Kok and Sham Shui Po are just a few stops away from the Jordan MTR station. The hotel is also just a few blocks from the Reclamation Street Day Market, where you can load up on all the exotic fruit that Hong Kong's free port has to offer. The vibrant Temple Street Night Market is just another block over. The neighborhood has a lot of great eateries and convenience stores. Many open until late into the night, if not all night."

"Good old hotel. Ground floor (transportation) and second floor (lobby) are kind of dark and crowded. Check in line was long and slow but the staffs were friendly and considerable. The location is really good, reaching out most Hongkong scenery spots easily, especially so close to water front / Victoria Harbor. "

"Staff were exceptional! They were all friendly and helpful. Service in all areas was top notch. The hotel was extremely clean and constantly updated. They change out the rugs in the elevator daily to reflect the day of the week! They also decorated the lobby for Easter. The health club was a great amenity. Take advantage of it when you are not out exploring the rest of Hong Kong. Location was convenient. Close to Victoria Harbor and not far from the MTR. Would highly recommend. "

"Horrible condition of the hotel, dirty rooms, no supplies and no even water provided. Strong smell in the rooms. Staff is very unfriendly, morning buffet is just horrible and the same every day. We visited once a dinner buffet at this hotel and it was very poor for 50$ per person plus surcharge. The only one positive thing about this hotel I can recalled is a good location . Will never stay there again. "
