Clean and quiet room with courteous staff. Plenty of convenient stores and restaurants surrounding the hotel within easy and short walking distance. Close to nice shopping centers as well.

Pleasant and comfortable despite the small rooms as is customary in Hong Kong. Excellent location. Easy access to the subway. Very clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and happy to help

Great … extremely noisy at night but that was all about the guest not the staff , I think there were 6-8 young kids next door Bathroom was not cleaned well in very picky Over all a solid 4

エレベーターの故障に遭遇した以外は良かったです

日本で言うところのビジネスホテルというたたずまいでしたが、都会のエリアにあることを思えば値段と部屋等のバランスは十分取れていると思いました。フロント等のサービスも申し分なかったです。 ただ、出かけていて夜に戻ってきたときにエレベーターが故障しているということで20階近くまで狭く通気の悪い階段をスマホのライトで照らしながら上るハメになったのはかなり体験としては悪かったです（幸い現地の人が一緒にいてくれたこともあって意思疎通ができたのは運が良かったと思います。私一人だったらどうにもならなかったかも）。 エレベーターは一応2基あったようですが片側しか動かしていなかったのかもしれません。

Great location and staff!

Our stay was great and the staff and service were excellent. We stayed in a double twin room as I was traveling with my son and the beds were a little hard, but all other amenities were great and we would stay here again.

空港行きバスの停留所も近く、交通の便もよく、どこへ行くのもスムーズでしたが、タオルに毛が付いていたり、開けたばかりの綿棒が汚れていたり、仕入れ先を変えた方がよいのかも。。。 一階にはドアマンもいて、お風呂はシャワーも強く、水はけもよく快適でした。
