"Really amazing hotel in the centre of Sunny Beach - it’s close to everything - restaurants, Bars, shops and the beach. It can be a bit noisy at night from the clubs. The hotel is lovely and has had a huge refurb - it’s amazing modern style and probably now one of the best hotels in Sunny Beach. We had some issues with our room but I think was due to the recent refurb and some issues not resolved in construction. The hotel changed us to a different room and all was sorted. "Like all out stay in this hotel was disappointed. The parking was payd-20lv.per day without free places even if we pay. The room they gave us didn’t corresponded with this I booked. After my complaint the next day they give us the room we wanted. The food was very bad, inside the restaurant without air condition, the swimming pool with dirty water. As all I can say our holiday was destroyed!!! Even when we left the hotel nobody say even one goodbye or Thanks for your visit or welcome, like we...

"Super miejsce. Pyszne jedzenie,.czysty wygodny pokój. Jednak są dwa minusy. Śliska nawierzchnia koło basenu oraz to,że nie można samemu robić sobie kawy ani nalewać innych napoi. Kolejki w porach posiłkow do napojów."

The pool is beautiful but gets shade from 4pm onwards - so it’s a bit chill in June. "
"Very handy all inclusive hotel just across the road from the beach. Helpful staff. Buffet spread is varied, not brilliant but all inclusives never are. Pool good temperature & the bar staff are generous with drink pouring! Small tvs but international channels. AC works brilliantly. Only downside of room was only one plug point that worked in mine at the desk. The only other one behind the bed was broken. Was allowed to pay for later checkout which helped with enjoying facilities more before late night flight! "
"Hotel is getting ready to close for the winter so it was a little empty but the food was ample and good, the staff are amazing. I forgot my uk to eu adapter and they loaned me one. "
"The hotel needs improvements , customer service was great, specially in restaurant. Thank you to Ani, Valentine and others cooks and servers. Please forgive me for the names. Evenings and lunches, restaurant do not provide tap water to customers. We must to buy bottled water in plastics if we are trusty and this situation was very disappointing to us. The problem was that not choice to buy a glass bottle water. The food taste was great and there was good choice, but nothing like last year and previous years before. Overall, was not so bad, but nothing like before. Thank to people who works there very hard."
