"Probably our worst stay in poland (we went to krakow and warsaw), the most triggering part was the water, it always has a rusty smell. No body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste provided. Pillow at its worst shape and not comfort at all. However, despite all these the staff are amazing, approachable and friendly. Really wanna recognise the amazing staff for being hospitable despite the condition of the hotel. The breakfast was not bad too. The area is pretty near to everywhere we wanted to go so...

"Ok hotel in tiny vilage, area quiet but there is literally nothing nearby... All food, gas and supermarket needs Have to be gotten in Poprad 15 to 20 minutes drive away. Rooms super plain and spartan. Towels were not change daily, not sure why... Breakfast was average. Overall if You want to send a night in this area there are options in Poprad or in Strebske Pleso, there is No real reason to Look eksewhere... "

"Really lovely hotel, very short walk to Krupowski St, restaurants etc. Rooms lovely & comfy. Breakfast great.Restaurant is good also. Staff lovely & efficient especially Mateusz Topoʻr , thank you. "The amenities beyond surpassed expectations. There is so much included in this stay, multiple saunas, ice bath, large pool, jacuzzi. All included. The beds and linens were very comfortable. We were close to everything and on a very peaceful street. It is a very easy, convenient walk from the bus station. Close to food, snack shop, a beautiful park. Everyone was ice and helpful. So much included for the price. We would absolutely stay here again! "
