Budget hotel, clean basic room, no safe or kettle or coffee maker in the room. If you need an iron you have to carry it yourself up and down and they require a €10 deposit. Car park is public but connected to the hotel and €13 per day

The hotel staff is sincere. There is a number 6 bus stop outside the building, and the railway station is within a 10-minute walk.

Although clean and staff were good the air conditioning was terrible. This meant long hot sweaty nights. The air conditioning finally failed and they said we could change rooms. New room had same issues and very poor a/c. Perhaps after Reno’s next year things will improve but for now stay away if the heat bothers you!

Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt im ibis Hotel Konstanz. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, da die Innenstadt gut erreichbar ist. Der Empfang war ausgesprochen freundlich und der Service durchweg gut. Unser Zimmer zur Stadtseite war relativ ruhig, modern eingerichtet und mit Klimaanlage, TV und Dusche ausgestattet. Positiv fand ich auch, dass kein Teppichboden vorhanden war. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr gute und abwechslungsreiche Frühstück. Praktisch ist außerdem die Tiefgarage direkt am Hotel für 13 € pro Tag. Ein paar kleinere Kritikpunkte gab es dennoch: Der allgemeine Flur hätte einmal gesaugt und das Treppenhaus gewischt werden können. Nachts schaltete sich wiederholt die Sprechanlage des Servicepersonals ein, was etwas störend war. Zudem verursachten die Müllcontainer rund um das Hotel teilweise einen unangenehmen Geruch. Alles in allem waren wir aber zufrieden und können das Hotel aufgrund der guten Lage, des freundlichen Personals und des tollen Frühstücks weiterempfehlen.

O café da manhã foi ótimo, a localização muito boa. O único problema foi na hora do check-in, o funcionário da recepção mal humorado, nao se esforçou para me.entender ja que eu nao falo alemão ou inglês. Não me ofereceram o passe gratis de turistas para ônibus, apenas no dia seguinte me deram porque pedi. O check-in é feito apenas após as 15 horas, isso no mínimo é desconfortável para os hóspedes e acumulam todos para esse horário e formam filas, talvez por isso o mau humor dos atendentes!!! Duvido que não tenham aptos disponíveis antes desse horário, o que facilitaria muito a vida de todos.
