The accommodation is in a listed building from 1275, fully renovated in 2020. The apartment features a combined living and sleeping area with a double bed and cable TV, a well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates 2 guests. You can use the courtyard to store bicycles or relax on the shared open terrace with barbecue. A wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés is nearby (20–300 m; 1–5 minutes on foot). Lake Constance is about 300 m away (5 minutes’ walk), and the nearest swimming spot, Konstanz Rheinstrandbad, is 800 m away (11 minutes’ walk). Popular destinations include the Bodensee-Therme (3.8 km; 10 minutes by car), where you can unwind in pools and saunas. Die Lage in Konstanz ist wirklich hervorragend. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und entspannt, sehr flexibles Ein- und Auschecken. Bei einem kleinen Problem (Rauchmelder im Keller piepte) kam Abends extra noch der Vermieter, um das Piepen zu beheben, top! Cons: Wenn man irgendwas anmerken will, dann vielleicht, dass das WLAn eher langsam ist, was für uns aber überhaupt kein Problem darstellte.
