We discovered it the first night of our stay but the front desk goes home at 8 pm. We then reported it in the morning of the next day but we were not given a new room until 9 pm the second day. We had to move all of our things. The furniture has stains and some of it is broken. Almost all of the plants are plastic. When we booked it we found it pricy and when we checked out we got an extra surprise - we had to pay 95 euro extra per night because our son slept in the couch which was categorized as an extra bed even though the couch was part of the room. The pictures of the garden and hot tub that is shown on hotels.com is misguiding. The garden have not been maintained for at long time and the garden furnitures are dirty and not maintained either. We chose the hotel because we wanted to be able to sit outside and enjoy the weather but it was only possible in front of the hotel next to a very busy road with a lot of traffic noise.
