清潔で、スタッフの対応はとても良かったです。 共有スペースがとても温かく、寒い外から帰ると、とても快適でした。感謝です！ ただ、お風呂場がどうしても寒いです。お風呂に入って髪を乾かしている間に冷えてしまう。 それだけでした。

人生初めてのドミトリーでしたが、女性ゾーンに入るには鍵があり、セキュリティも確保されている点が良かったです。ただ、空調が女性ゾーンで一つなので、私には温度が高く、でも下げてよいのか気を遣いました。ただ、スタッフの方もとても親切で、清潔感もあり、また小諸に行く機会があれば宿泊させていただきたいです。

全体的に清潔だった。他の口コミにもあるとおり、朝食が美味しい。 女子ドミしかわからないが、専用のトイレがあり、シャワーが２つあって、カーテンで仕切られているため安心できた。 残念なのは、２階の共有スペースは男性と一緒だが、寒い外のスペースが広くて座れる場所があまりなく、朝はカフェオープンまで混み合った。スリッパを脱ぐ場所が狭く、燃えるゴミのゴミ箱もないため、朝は脱ぎ捨てた使い捨てスリッパが散らかっていた。 カフェ利用と若者ならおすすめです。布団が薄く、部屋も圧迫感を感じ、ある程度稼げるようになったら駅近の温泉付きの宿がいいかなと思いました。

#### 改善点はあるが、全体的には良い

駅から近く、オシャレな感じ。スーパーやコンビニにも近くて便利。洗面所やシャワールームも清潔で、シャワーベッドは3種類に変えられ、シャンプーなどもeco storeので身体に良い。キッチンもあり、無料の麦茶とおやつがある。スタッフもフレンドリー。 ただ、布団に数本髪の毛が落ちていた。布団は自分で敷かないといけず、枕カバーは、カバーではなく、ただ布を枕に置くだけ。 また、エレベーターがないので、大きい荷物はフロントで預かってもらえるが、必要なものを毎回取り出すのが面倒。しかも、フロントは21時まで。 また、ドミトリー内に棚はあるが、鍵付きのロッカーがない。大抵カプセルホテルでも、個人の鍵付きロッカーはあるので、これは直して欲しい。 軽井沢に日帰りで行くにも便利。

スタッフの対応がよかったです。 ただ、部屋のエアコンが寒すぎてよく寝られなかったです。布団を被ると暑いし、剥ぐと寒いと言う感じ。 朝、他の人がいなくなってから温度を少し上げたら快適でした。
