We were unexpectedly offered an upgrade to a suite, for the same price we paid for a double bed room, so that was really nice! The room was great. The only downside was the heater was out on the pool and the water was freezing so our son and his friends didn’t get to swim.

Right off that bat we’re told the pool heater was out so we didn’t get to use it at all-no discount given. The light in our room was flickering a lot and when I told the front desk person he giggled. Both sink drains were half clogged and one had a big hair ball in it. The shower head was clogged and impossible to move-it was aimed at the grab bar which made it difficult to maneuver around. Dogs were allowed so we heard barking more often that I would like. Other than all of that it was a decent place

We stayed in town for a night away from the house so the kids could swim. The pool was chilly but the kids didn't mind. The rooms were quiet and clean. The water pressure in the shower was not good at all but I made it through eventually getting the shampoo out of my hair.
