"Leider hatten wir mit unserer Poolvilla am Strand ein bisschen Pech. Im Badezimmer roch es übel. Der Kühlschrank war voll Wasserpfütze weil das Eisfach verreist war und es tropfte alles nach unten. Ein Liegestuhl war gebrochen. Zum Duschen kam kaum Wasser raus. So dass ich einen Friseur aufsuchen musste. Die ersten 2 Tage gab es auch kein W-lan. Es wäre vorteilhaft wenn man das Zimmer ab und zu überprüft wenn Gäste auschecken. Die ersten 3 Tage waren wir ständig an der Reception. Schlussendlich...

"The value of this room was amazing for the price!! Great location right on the beach and across the street from a beautiful restaurant and a bunch of cute bars. The room was clean and a good size and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night here because of a flight mixup, and it was honestly better than the resort we stayed at the rest of our trip that we paid $160 a night for 😅 highly recommend!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property! The staff were professional, friendly, and accommodating, arranging transportation to and from the pier and granting us an early check-in. They were also quick to resolve a minor issue with the room safe. We stayed in the brand-new standard studio (#13, no pool), which was spacious, sparkling, and well-appointed. The ceiling fans & A/C kept us comfortable, and the location was just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, ATM, and shops....

"The room was big and clean and the staff were friendly, kind and overall attentive. The hotel is huge where some areas are perched up on a hill so getting around on foot will be hard thus requesting for buggie/golf cart will be required to get to places such as the beach, reception, spa, restaurants etc. The breakfast buffet was great, i loved the juice bar! We did appreciate their thoughtfulness on setting up our room and the little suprises we would have knowing we are their to celebrate our engagement. Some advantages are that the hotel provides shuttle services from and to to the central area and the private beach. The only disadvantage was the overpriced food at the restaurants even considering the quality and location, which is a premium."
