Very friendly staff too. Deco in the room was colourful, though there wasn't a bathtub. Hotel was right by the beach, but slightly away from the main stretch of Chaweng beach, which makes it quiet but walkable. It is walkable distance to the main street of chaweng. The staff are extremely friendly and nice. Guide and Neng were so helpful and kind every time we walked out. Breakfast was delicious too. Seen night club wasnt really a club, it was empty with only a few tables, so we didnt hang out there much. But thr view was gorgeous. Lots of good massage options around. We were able to get Grab to pick us up from the hotel entrance. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was very good. Cons: The loud music was a big issue. It played constantly, making it hard to relax, even when you are at the beach. We had to get away to another property beach area to relax. The music can sometimes go late. If the windows were soundproof, it would really help. It would be better to remove the music during breakfast or switch to something soothing. There was also a strong smell of cigarettes and sometimes unpleasant weed. Lastly, the breakfast menu didn’t change at all during my stay. Adding some variety would make it much better. Overall: This hotel is great for parties and celebrations but not for a quiet, relaxing stay. Check in was painless and efficient and included complimentary drink. The room was spacious and bright, well furnished and excellent amenities. The super king mattress was extremely comfortable and airconditioning worked brilliantly. The buffet breakfast has a large range and was delicious, overlooking the beach. Staff were extremely courteous and went above and beyond. Some extremely minor issues were the pillows - being feather, did not offer support and the music from the club, located on the same premises may not be to everyones liking while they are sitting on their balconies. Music does stop about 11pm. Wifi worked all the time. About 15mbps download. Overall I would highly recommend and love to visit again.
