This was a great and amazing stay , wish was here more than the one day. Had a traditional Japanese room with tamhimi mats and tea set The Public Onsen is awesome they switch the male and female sides. Views of Mt Fuji and TATTOO friendly. STAFF is what makes this place great, made sure was able to make it to train station out and super friendly/helpful. Decent gift shop on-site . Would love to come again when in Fuji area

Our Western Style room was clean and comfortable and the staff was kind, thoughtful, and attentive. The food was the best we’ve had in Japan, especially the dinners. However, parts of the hotel are in disrepair. Hopefully, this will be remedied soon.

My mother and I traveled from the U.S. and had a wonderful stay here. The Mt. Fuji view right in front of the hotel was breathtaking. The food was excellent, the room was very clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We also loved relaxing in the onsen. A beautiful and memorable stay with my mother. I would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. The dinner and breakfast were both delicious, and the staff were kind and welcoming. I originally booked a no view room but I cancelled it for a lake view room and it was worth it. I also booked it without dinner or breakfast because I was unsure weather my parents would appreciate it, but it was still worth it even without the meals. I originally booked this inn because it offered onsen and a really comfortable transfer from the station to the hotel, saved us the trouble of walking around with the luggage. The view was really beautiful, and the room really clean. I really liked the water boiler for the green tea and the sweets provided, it was a deserved break after we checked in. I also had a great time enjoying the onsen, it was actually empty in the evening and in the morning I went, so it basically felt like a private onsen. Their were really warm and spoke in a really good English so I didn't feel too much at unease, even if talking some japanese helped me a little. I will definitely consider it as an Inn to visit again in the future!

The hotel is in a beautiful spot on the lake. We had a room with a Mt Fuji view and a private onsen which was beautiful. The hotel itself is outdated however it has everything you need. The half board dinner was amazing and the staff were lovely! Highly recommend!

Staffs were very helpful and friendly. We booked our room with half board and the food was very delicious and good quality. We loved the location as the lake was right in front of the hotel and the Mt Fuji is right in the back of our hotel.
