"Breakfast was ok, but packed. Poor coffee service and not huge selection of items. The upstairs club was poorly run and unfriendly or helpful staff. The Whiskey Resturant. Food was average. Told if you order off ala carte menu items would take an hour as would drinks that had to be made at another bar. The staff was not friendly or helpful. It is as if they could care less to help you or make you feel welcome"

"Great hotel stay in Namba. Rooms were clean and space wise was perfect for a couple to stay. They have accommodation for 4+ families too, which was a plus. Since you’re in Japan, walking is expected. Many shopping, games and restaurants were in a walking distance, but of course for those who don’t prefer to walk 10+mins, taxi is an option. Overall great stay!"

"Excellent friendly staff and clean rooms, breakfast add on was good as well. Downtown noise was a bit much during the evening (to be expected for convenience of being in the main district) so bones was learning, “mimisen arimaska?” "

"No frills, no fuss establishment. Convenient to subway and walkable to various shopping areas including dotonbori. Good for quick breakfast and being on your way. Lots to see, eat and shop within neighbourhood. "
