The place is very clean and simple, but it provided exactly what we needed — a comfortable and tidy place to rest. The breakfast was a convenient way to start the day. The food is frozen, but there is a microwave and a nice dining area where you can heat it up and enjoy your meal. The self check-in and check-out process was very easy and convenient. If you ever need help, a staff member is available and will come out to assist you. We also appreciated the fresh towels left by the door every day when we placed the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign outside. The location is another big plus — it’s very close to the train station, just about a 5-minute walk to the Kyoto day tour meet-up point, and also close to the action at Dotonbori. Overall, it was a very convenient and pleasant stay.
