"Clean, sparcely furnished room. New tile floor in room was nice. Bathroom clean. Bunk beds were firm but nice enough. Staff was very nice. Had drinks in the evening with hotel manager. Very little english, but Google Translate worked well. Washed my clothes for me, hung to dry. Gave us beach towels to use when we asked. Served breakfast- could definitely be better. Only thing that could be improved on. They tried though and that was appreciated. Inside pool was not really a great pool. But maybe...

"This is not typical of where I stay, I like smaller places, however, this hotel is very beautiful. It has a couple of large pools and it’s across the street from the beach. It’s close to the Night market where there’s good shopping and food, and three 7-11’s across from the night market. It has a restaurant at the hotel and breakfast that’s included in the stay, which has a variety of foods. i had a king room adjacent to the pool. The room is large, with a large shower and tub in the bathroom, a fridge and walk out patio to the pool deck. I also stayed in a twin on the 3rd floor and it was much the same with a nice balcony. Some of the rooms have direct access to the pool, you walk out the door and five steps into the pool… which is a nice touch. The wifi worked well.. didn’t notice tang glitches. The staff were friendly and very helpful, I had many questions for the front desk/reception people and everyone was great help! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone else. "

"Helpful and very friendly staff, rooms were spotless, comfortable bed and nice bedding. Bike rental cheap. Rooms have no hair dryer and nost resturants surrounding clkse at 10, to find anywhere to sut and have a drink you need to go by bike. Night market selling local food in walking distance. Overall we had a good 1 night stay. "

"Loved being at the beach, friendly staff, very helpful, good breakfast loved the green curry soup and the food at the restaurant Room satisfactory wished they had a lamp between the beds as the lighting was quite bright prefer soft lighting in the morning and at night Was disappointed that the ride into town at check dropped us off at the temple instead of close to the ferry dock Walking with luggage on the rough street was difficult and it wound have only taken the driver 2 extra minutes to drop everyone off closer to the ferry was quite surprised Loved the fire show on the last night (Feb. 28) the restaurant staff was great & the reception desk!! "

"The front desk girls were amazing. The maintenance staff not very personable and look like a high school kid. The room was atrocious! This hotel DEFINITELY needs updating both inside and out. Huge pool, but very little lounge chairs and umbrellas. It's Thailand for goodness sake...It's hot here! The beds were like sleeping on a piece of wood, and my wife had a sore back for 3 days afterwards. The air conditioning was barely operable and NEVER cooled the room down to the selected temperature of 25C. We rented a room with a queen and twin bed. They are on wheels and would move if you turned over to fast. This photos online are deceivingly nice, not what you will receive. The maintenance that has been performed looks like it was done by inexperienced individuals. The breakfast buffet was blah! Nothing at all worth noting. I would look for something else entirely. On a plus note there is a little cafe called "Chillin Home Cafe" Great food, great atmoshere that is right up the street. "
