"Our stay was great. Check in was delayed. But offered a credit for the inconvenience. So that was nice. They were very nice. And helpful. Pools are a little outdated. But overall our stay was great. We would definitely go back again. Make sure you get Club lounge access. Makes it even more better."

The staff were extremely courteous, friendly, and always willing to help. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast—it was absolutely excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options and great quality. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pattaya."

"The staff is amazing, the rooms are clean, the location is perfect, and the experience of being on the water made this an unforgettable stay This was an enjoyable stay, the balcony over the water made the whole experience. In Florida they would remodel this building and charge $4-500 a night. The experience part of this hotel is 10/10. It is clean, good air conditioning as long as you use the fan they have in the room, and literally over the water with a view of Pattaya City, right by the pier, shops, restaurants, massage parlors, a short walk to the night market. "
