Staff were friendly and helpful. However, I would never stay here again. Loudest hotel I’ve ever been in. Our room faced the Main Street and kept us up all three night we were there. If you enjoy the sound of sirens, modified mufflers, and motorcycles you might like.

Perfect spot. Close to everything. You can walk to downtown or to the UT campus. It was a perfect stay. The staff is amazing. Everyone is so kind and they greet you every time you enter. In the coffee is amazing.

Great location in beautiful Knoxville. I would either request a room not facing the road and church or make use of the provided ear plugs and sound machine. Traffic noise from the road was rather loud without the ear plugs.
