Overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The room was in good condition, and we appreciated some of the thoughtful features around the hotel, especially the water cooler in the lobby and the small convenience store with a good variety of snacks and essentials. We didn’t use the pool or sauna ourselves, but they seemed quite popular with other guests, which was nice to see. The main area that could be improved was breakfast. It was decent, but the selection felt quite limited and basic, and we also noticed that some of the plates were not very clean. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a few areas for improvement.

Everything was awesome. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the toiletries were very nice. The breakfast was filling and delicious. The only thing that was a bit of a bummer was that they have a couple of ev chargers that weren’t working, but that was very, very minor, as there are were other places in the city to charge.

The room was clean, no complaints there. Unfortunately, when we asked for bathrobes, we received two Clean bathrobes, however very very, frayed, and obviously require replacement. The pool was quite murky looking. That hot tub was outright dirty. Although the staff was nice, one of the male hosts looked well dressed, however, had a very strong body odour.

I have never stayed at a Delta hotel before. The staff were pleasant upon arrival and leaving. Room was clean and spacious. I spent Friday to Monday morning at this hotel. I was quite surprised when I returned Saturday night to find out the room was not serviced (bed made, clean towels, black out blinds still closed). Upon approaching the front desk about this I was advised that the hotel only services rooms every other day. I was offered some clean towels as compensation for this. This cost over $600 to stay 2 nights. It doesn’t even include a buffet breakfast. I’ve never stayed at hotels before where the room service is every other day.. Also I had to ask for a new tv remote as the one in my room was not working (are these not checked to make sure they work). Plus there were no towels available at the pool when I went there in the afternoon. Very disappointed with my stay.
