The property is unfortunately in a rough neighborhood and may not be safe at times to leave the hotel and walk around. The staff are friendly and helpful. The WIFI is good. Restaurant food is good. The maid service was not good. They didnt listen to instructions well,would gorget soap, or towels, or remove our water and not replace it.

The wifi was down, the tv wasn’t working and the cable wasn’t working. Maintenance came to the room and addressed the tv and cable issue within 30 minutes. We were given another tv the next day, but still no cable and no wifi. No elevator was a problem when carrying two big sized suitcases up to the third floor. We enjoyed the food and most of the staff. Just had an issue with one staff member, but the rest were outstanding.
