"we were offered an upgrade as the original cottage was stinking of cigarette and the new cottage had storage radiator with no heat stored in them on the first night. 2nd night the heat was stored , but the controls were broken to control the heat and we were very hot. I had drink water every half an hour even during the night to keep myself hydrated. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!"

"On arrival the key pad did not work and ended up in bits in our hand, no key, luckily the cleaners were around the building so we requested their assistance, we found the key in the back of the door, not as set out in your instructions. We noticed the fridge was not working, the cleaners once again came to our assistance and brought us another one, thankfully with a small freezer, as the communal on was full and dirty.
