"Beds are very comfy. House was clean and bedding was fresh. Trees in back yard have grown up quite a bit since pictures but it was still a nice backyard sitting area. May need to change cushions out on the outdoor furniture as a pet has chewed them. But they are still usable."

"This property was nice but it was obvious renovations were quickly done to hide the drawbacks of property. There was no iron and the cleaners did not do a good job preparing for the next tenant. Trash not emptied, towels not available, insufficient toilet paper and leftover food in refigerator. Other than stated things, nice overnight stay."

"The home was lovely and the perfect accommodations for 3 senior citizen couples. Each had more than adequate sleeping quarters without being on top of each other. We so enjoyed setting out by the water in the morning, sipping coffee and watching the ducks. It was a wonderful stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at your home and would absolutely love to come back. It made a really nice and close home away from home on our small vacation. During our time at your home we attended the Texas Ren Fair in Todd Mission which was only about 40 minutes away. "James has a beautiful home. It was large enough for a group of us. It has ample space to sleep everyone and to hang out back on the patio or by the pool. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool because of the weather but it was nice and clean. If you’re in the area definitely check it out"

"The bungalow was as described except there was no spa/whirlpool (and we did not expect one). All in all a good experience! Good A/C. Nice to have the yard with our pups. Looked to be newly readied for VRBO and having sustained some flooding? Needs more window coverings to block out light from street in front bedroom and windows on side front. Towel bars, nightstand and lamps with bulbs would be great. Something going on under kitchen sink on disposal side? Coffee maker was not cleaned after last...

"Property is conveniently located and easy to find. Beds where comfortable and furnishings (including kitchen & linens) where more than adequate. Fenced in yard was great for the pets. Just watch the little ones, as they can squeeze through the wrought iron fence in spots. My only suggestion to owners is to update/repair some of the plumbing fixtures. Would definitely stay here again."

"Amazing communication with owners. Will note that there were not enough dishes for the amount of people that we booked for and the downstairs bathtub drains slowly making for ankle water showers. "We stayed at the house for 4 nights. Beautiful neighborhood. Pretty good location for us. Half an hour to airport. House is very spacious and perfect for our group. The house is very nice. A little run down. And a whole lot of rules!! Hot tub isn’t heated. No towels for the pool…not allowed to use the house towels. Not enough chairs outside. No hot water in one bathroom. Overall we had a good stay but could have been great with HOT Hot tub"
