overall the place is clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is okay cafeteria is clean and organized I wish the coffee is brewed not in a machine. I will come back again and will highly recommend it to friends and family.

Small room but also perfect . Mattress sooo comfy and sheets were of excellent quality. Great lighting especially the reading lights and around the bathroom mirror. Everything was perfect including the young man at the reception. Breakfast was fine , plenty of parking. Highly recommend it if you want something simple but excellent.

Property was generally quite good, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was quick. the only issue we had was that the floor in our room hadn't been cleaned properly, there were shards of glass in a few spots along with stains. I found the glass by standing on it which was not ideal.

We booked only 2 days before our arrival, but were very lucky they had openings. Once there, We decided we would like to have a room on ground floor and the staff was super nice and accommodated us, no problem. We were even lucky enough to get in early. We stayed for 2 nights and it was ideal. The Continental breakfast was GREAT considering that besides the normal toast and cereal, there was also sausages and eggs, pancakes and fruit. The staff was always cleaning and keeping everything stocked. The rooms are ideal, as they have a desk, a small loveseat, refrigerator and a microwave. They also have a ironing board and iron (if you want to...) We definately will be recommending and using the Ramada Wynden if planning on visiting Kingston again.

There were no concessions made for handicapped people. No grab bars of any sort in the bathroom. The shower was exceptionally clean but a little slippery. There was no hand rail at the outside rear entrance. The hotel and staff could not be faulted but I could not recommend it to anyone with a handicap.
