Step into a world of elegance as you enter Ava’s Cozy Retreat. Our 1-bedroom luxury apartment boasts a modern and sophisticated design with tasteful furnishings, high-end finishes, and cozy living areas.  
  
Our luxury home provides a well-appointed bedroom, with king-sized bed, ensuring comfort for you and your fellow travelers. The plush bed and luxurious linens guarantee a restful night's sleep. A standard-size flat screen smart TV is also in the bedroom for your entertainment pleasure.  
  
Ava’s Cozy Retreat is equipped with a kitchen area with stove and twin sink, perfect for preparing your own meals, or we can have a cook come in to prepare meals for you. You can also order take out food from the many fast-food and Chinese restaurants in close proximity to the unit. Enjoy the beautiful Jamaican weather on the private outdoor patio, or unwind in the cozy living/dining area, complete with a smart flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. If you need to take care of laundry while here you also have access to a shared laundry area with a washing machine.

Guests have access to 1 bedroom apartment of a 3 apartment complex to themselves with their own open-concept living, dining and kitchen area. They share parking, the patio, laundry area and the back yard garden with other guests.

The community of Meadowbrook is one of the most sought after residential communities in Jamaica with a mix of middle to upper income homes and apartment complexes.  
  
Public transit (JUTC) is readily available as well as Uber and private taxi companies for transit to and from the apartment Local rental car companies like Island Car Rentals, Avis and Budget are available for private car rental.  
  
We also have a reliable and affordable driver for those persons requiring Airport service and excursions throughout the island.
