The breakfast was good; there was always a selection of different foods, from cooked to Continental. The pool was warm; however, the jacuzzi jets weren't on (couldn't work out how to turn them on) but the steam room was lovely and had a pepperminty smell. Overall, lovely and would stay again!"

"The room was okay, but was in need of refurbishment. I.E. Furniture was old, only one bedside table, electric sockets difficult to get to, bathroom door handle loose. Stayed 2 nights and bed not made with room cleaning. Had a meal in the bar that was served cold."

"We booked a family room, it was overall OK, bathroom was shabby. We had lunch which was not good,tasteless. The plates were full when the waiter picked up the plates. I would have thought he would have commented on this. Dinner was Salmon n potatoes,and Ravioli. Salmon was dry. Ravioli was nice. Would I stay again,sadly no, A 4 star hotel should have excellent food x we stay in lots of hotels up and down UK and lower rated hotels have much better food ..."
