"This visit was all about returning to a well loved area. The cottage was the perfect spot, with good sized comfortable rooms which let in the beautiful outdoors and lots of light. A well stocked kitchen made food preparation easy. Most importantly, the Clyde was there in all its glory."

"The property all on ground floor which was great close to the hospital. It was local to where we were meeting relatives for a long weekend away. Very clean and well heated and wifi was ok. Only negatives were we couldnt find a toaster or a wire grill to toast in oven and after contacting host re hairdryer was told in was broken. Luckily I washed by hair the day we travelled and its just about ok 3 days later. Would have took mine if known but itinery specified one."

"The apartment was pefect for our first two nights in Scotland. Easy to get to once we arrived in Edinburgh and everything was explained clearly by Mark, so we new exacty what to expect. The apartment was very well equipt with everything we needed and some wonderful extras during our stay. The woodstove was an awesome highlight as we kept warm playing games at night and enjoying the wine and treats left for us to enjoy. Would highly recommend as a stop during a Scotland roadtrip or longer stay."

"We all immediately felt relaxed upon walking through the door. The place just has a cozy feel. Would recommend to anyone that's looking to decompress and just hang out. You must go to Puck's Glen though, which will be more than enough exercise for your stay."

"The property was very nice for staying a few days with friends. There were some small issues with locks and cabinets breaking but overall not too bad. We did however have to vacate one of the rooms due to a problem with bees, however the owners were very lovely, easy to contact, and did everything they could to help us with this. Location is great for a short stay, with buses available close by, and a beach within walking distance, however any longer than a week and you may run out of things to...

"Excellent quality property; vey comfortable sofas and beds. Well positioned for view of the Clyde in a very peaceful spot. Easy access about 20 mins walk to centre of Dunoon."

"Ross and Louise are such lovely host. Very attentive to our request, and the cottage was very clean. The town of Drymen is wonderful and our favorite pub of all time is in this town. Highly recommend the entire cottage, town and stay. Just note: the cottage has several other properties on site. It is not alone but it was very quiet and we saw little to no other people."

"This property is not well maintained, updated and appears very lived in. The heating wasn't working properly, the upstairs toilet ran constantly, there was one threadbare bath towel per person and many other problems. We had booked for one week and left after one night. The host was very responsive and refunded our money without any problems. We have stayed in VRBO properties all over the world, but this was our first bad experience."
