Reception/check in easy, very visually appealing too. Room was large, felt luxurious, the bed and pillows were great and the bathroom/shower also perfect. We were only there for one night to go to a party nearby, but the cooking facilities looked good too.

1 bed apartment shared by 4 people for just one night. It was really clean, with the sofa bed already made up, with plenty of room. Check in was quick, walking distance to tube with shops near by. Joey on reception was very helpful. One recommendatio would be to have a bath mat as bath very slippery when showering.
Would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend, it is probably the best property I have been to and I travelled quite a lot recently. It is nice to be welcomed with small details like the reusable water cups, ear plugs (building is in a noisy area so its a nice touch) and welcome card.

The service my fiancee and I received was top class throughout. We had stayed here before and enjoyed our experience and were happy to return again. We received a friendly greeting and lovely apartment, it was specious, clean and comfortable. We made a few requests from reception which were dealt with promptly and politely and we both felt that our needs were well catered for. Will definitely be back again soon!
