The safe did not work in 3 rooms so we gad to carry our valuables all the time everywhere. The cleaning is a big issue, they do not change sheets till you ask for it. The floor is dirty and the buffet area smells bad all the time. We spent the first night in a lower class room than what we paid for. No extra pillows and no hot water kettle so we had to buy one on the first night.
