"Great experience, listing accurately described the property which was well kept and had most amenities (only thing missing was the hair dryer and garbage/refuse bins ... apparently past guests spoiled it for those to follow) A car is suggested if you want to get about, however there is a Co-op and several restaurants/pub within walking distance. Easy access to the sea via a locked gate (key provided). Sufficient Parking nearby unit. Would recommend for a couple with 1 or at most 2 children."

"Had a great time in The Little House, perfect location for me and my dog. The sandy/grassy area before the beach is perfect for an active canine, and beyond the beach stretches as far as the eye can see in either direction. I did think the accommodation had wifi (an oversight on my part), but that wasn't a big problem. Great TV with Freeview - tho there is a knack to getting the handset the work - you need to know where to aim it! If I went again I would take a head torch and my dog's flashing...

"Well this little place was amazing the views from its location was one off its own The cottage was just brilliant comfy and had everything we wanted. The walks we had along the beach with the dog were brilliant lovely long flat beach as far as you can see. Will definitely be stopping here again pittty it's closed for new year cos we would have been back down"

"We had the impression from the photo that this was a bungalow attached to a house but actually it's attached to other holiday homes on a small holiday park. It's a well-kept site and there was plenty of parking in February. Although we couldn't get the beach gate open with the key, I found the other set of stairs a little way down the lane and there is a ramp further on. The beach is naturally wild and beautiful and Kessingland has good amenities - Africa Alive, fish and chip shop, Coop...
