"Lovely little hotel for an overnight stay in Brighton. It’s in a great location, right near the beach, and very easy to find. Check in process was really quick, and we were given a bottle of cold water and shown up to our room. Continental breakfast was included, and was a perfect amount of food. We were offered toast in addition to pastries, fruit, cereal etc. The beds were super comfy and the room was very clean. A fan was provided in the room which was a great addition, however it was very old and didn’t give off much cold air! The room did slightly smell of damp when we first entered, but didn’t put us off. All in all, a great overnight stay and I would definitely stay again. "

"Ideal budget room in central Brighton. Decent bathroom. Clean double bed. Good supply of tea & coffee. Very quiet on a Tuesday night but imagine the club next door could get lively at weekends."
