"The property is in an excellent location with parking. We received very communication from the owner. We stayed in room 3 which featured a lovely bath a wet room along with a huge bed. The TV reception had some buffering, however, we weren't spending hours watching it as we were out enjoying Brighton. We will certainly stay again."

"Honestly slightly disappointed. The room stank of damp, it was swelteringly hot in the downstairs room and there were huge cobwebs on the walls and all of the surfaces were covered in dust. We paid for the ‘king’ room so for the price increase this was disappointing! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the staff were friendly that was the only bonus of staying here. Also ‘buzz bingo’ is NOT a 5 min walk, it’s an absolutely minimum 15 minutes so be weary of this!!!"
