Kalama has interesting spots to take in and the drive to Multnomah Falls and Mount St. Helen’s was easy. The host was easy to communicate with and we loved our stay there. Immediately upon arrival he was already lighting the fire for us, letting us know that we don't have to worry about the noise and to just communicate with him which was such an amazing welcome! "This home is clean and well stocked. Our group of 9 guests had plenty of room. We enjoyed the location as this home is located in the countryside, but is also a short drive from a small town that has groceries, restaurants and a gas station. I recommend staying at this property."

"The house is large and spacious. Very well decorated. Be aware there is not a door to the very large master bathroom so you can see someone sitting on the toilet from the king bed! — a bit weird for a house that was recently remodeled and the owners clearly spent a lot of money to do so. Other than that, a great house in a gorgeous setting."

"The four of us have stayed at this property a couple times in the past. It’s a wonderful house for two couples. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and the owner is easy to work with. We plan to return in the future."

"Very clean property and well maintained. Beds were comfortable, however two of the four bed are on the floor without bed frames which was a surprise. Since some of us were on the senior side of time, we had to decide who was best able to get off the floor. Do bring your own shampoo, soap etc. as they are not provided. Photos do not do the home justice, it's more beautiful than the photos. Excellent, quiet neighborhood but parking is a bit crowded if you have more than two vehicles."
