"We booked the Barbican House as we had tickets to see Paul Weller at the Barbican. From the minute we arrived they were so helpful. The room itself was spotlessly clean with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. We hadn't booked breakfast but decided to order as we arrived, the cost was £15 each per night, it was delicious with fresh fruit and cereal to start and then a full English with gorgeous bacon and sausages. "I loved my time here. It's a very comfortable guest house, my room was small, but absolutely suited to my needs, larger rooms are available for more than 1 traveller, reasonablypriced, too. The staff is also small, but so helpful, friendy and polite. Its located in a lovely quiet area, with a reasonable walk to the city but manageable if you have no mobility issues, but taxis or buses are easy to come by.
