Считаю это лучший отель в Алмата, современный, чистый, уютный, все по высшему стандарту. Завтраки просто потрясающие - я никогда не видел нигде в других отелях любой категории, даже 10% от стандарта Новотель. Особо вежливый и профессиональный персонал. Высокая безопасность и в самом центре где удобно гулять. Сотрудники любезно повысили бесплатно категорию номера, предоставив комнату с шикарным видом на весь город на 9 этаже. За счет повышения категории я сэкономил более 1000 долларов, чему был очень рад. Рекомендую от души.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast had a great selection of food, and while parts of the hotel are a bit worn, it was very clean. The water randomly cut off a couple times while showering but after a couple of minutes would come back. The location is also very central.
