"Here's a concise, balanced review:Our family enjoyed our stay in Hilo. The house was spacious and comfortably accommodated two families, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The home is older and, without air conditioning, it took some time to adjust to the heat and humidity. However, each room had fans, and opening the windows provided a nice breeze that made it more comfortable."

"The pictures don’t do the property justice! The lanai was amazing!!! Exceeded expectations! The only minor thing was not really air conditioning but lots of fans and cross breeze ways with windows but still an amazing place to stay!! Highly recommend and would book again in a heartbeat!"

"Very nice stay! Everything was thought of in this creative and lovely space. Comfortable bed - well appointed with every amenity. We enjoyed the hot tub, and next time will definitely make use of the bbq and out door kitchen area. Would definitely return to this spot and highly recommend."
