The room and house were in pristine condition. The view out of the windows was beautiful and we were able to see the sunrise. They also did a great job communicating with us and giving us detailed instructions. Thank you very much for hosting us.

It was a great, safe location, only 1mile to Hilo downtown. Great patio and outdoor views. Had a wonderful charm of an older home. Very spacious bedroom. Very close to all Hilo outdoor attractions! Loved our stay

This property was wonderful. It was high above the town with great views of the town and ocean. It had a distinctive modern architectural style and an authentic comfortable feel. Our room was clean and well stocked. It was spacious and we had an outside balcony. There was also a beautiful garden and a large shared living room with a pool table. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Hawaii.

The property was beautiful and had great views! Very nicely kept and the rooms were clean and cute. Definitely a unique stay! The service was also great and we enjoyed the amenities. We would highly recommend staying here.

Love this little gem of a place. Have stayed here twice over the past year in two different rooms. The bed could use an upgrade, it was a little too soft and the pillows small. Besides that, it is thoughtfully stocked and wonderful grounds. The views are amazing!

A great place to stay

Great views of the ocean and surrounding greenery. The property is well maintained and the communal area with pool table and games Is a great touch. Jade and the team went to every effort to make sure our stay was amazing. A 5 minute drive Into Hilo town but beware if you choose to walk it, the 20 minute walk back is all uphill.
