"We were very satisfied with the stay. We actually stayed in a few rooms because our plans were not confirmed so we booked multiple reservations. The staff was very helpful we liked Micah, Christian, and Eman the most. Not sure If names are spelled correctly but I think they can be identified. Very professional and helpful with all requests and even gave some great tips for enjoying the city. Thank you very much for making our stay a great experience."

"I appreciate the property’s location away from the busy shopping centre. Although it was a considerable distance to walk from the hotel to Greenbelt and into the main street. The lobby’s ambiance, particularly the grand staircase, was most impressive and I was pleased with the city view. The room was clean and spacious. I am grateful to Emil for maintaining the cleanliness of my room during my brief stay. The chef and team were accommodating of my gluten and dairy-free dietary requests. I thank Lena for confirming the feasibility of these requests and Bryan for reiterating that my food was free of gluten and dairy. The breakfast buffet was also sufficient enough to satisfy my gluten and dairy dietary requirements. I would like to commend the young lady who assisted me with luggage and guided me into the hotel car. They could also arrange a Grab ride if you prefer not to use the hotel car. This was a brief extension of my two-week holiday, so I was unable to utilise the gym, pool and spa facilities. I am uncertain when I will return next year, but I would likely stay at this hotel again for a bed and breakfast room."

"Great location, literally just steps away from SM Mall. You can walk through the mall and you’re right at the start of the famous High Street, so it was really convenient for us. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. We originally stayed at the adjoining Brittany Hotel for two nights, then moved to BCCT for the rest of our stay in Manila. We had only booked two nights at BCCT initially as we were planning to move to Uptown, but we liked the location and the staff so much that we decided to stay. The rooftop pool is shared with the hotel, but it was very quiet when we were there, which was great. We first had a two-bedroom room while our family were staying with us, then changed to a premium one-bedroom for the rest of our stay. Both rooms were really spacious and comfortable. We had breakfast included with the premium room upgrade, but to be honest, the choice was quite limited. With the mall just across the road and a kitchen in the room, we probably wouldn’t bother adding breakfast next time. Overall, we were really happy with our stay. The location is hard to beat, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff were excellent. This will definitely be our first choice when we come back to Manila. A special thanks to Aki at the front desk, who was really helpful throughout our stay. Francis from security was also always helpful whenever we needed anything."
